Dr. Peter MacDaniel is the president of MAC Physical Therapy Group. Peter founded MAC in 2016. During his career, he successfully treated orthopedic and sports injuries by accurately diagnosing and treating movement impairments. His interest in a physical therapy career began with his background in sports. As an All-American pitcher in college, he experienced numerous injuries providing him with first-hand experience of the power that sports medicine and physical therapy can have on rehab, performance, and recovery. He now works to help all his clients recover from injuries, prevent injuries, and improve performance.
The MACPT approach to physical therapy is to thoroughly assess each patient to not only determine what they are suffering from but also why they it is happening. We get to the root cause of the symptoms so they go away and don’t come back. While reducing pain we also work with each client to optimize movement. We utilize a combination manual therapy techniques and exercises to improve range of motion, mobility, strength, stability, flexibility and correct imbalances. By using a variety of types of manual therapy, we are able to help clients to perform at their best.
Dr MacDaniel treat people with all types of orthopedic and sports injuries. He has a special interest in treating clients with shoulder and elbow injuries, throwing athletes, and sports injuries.
