More than just your average physical therapy practice…

MAC PT Group to offer group fitness classes!

 As many of you know, we are committed to more than just rehabilitating your injury.  MAC PT Group is dedicated to helping you adopt a healthy lifestyle; we know that this commitment goes beyond traditional physical therapy treatment, and includes a regular exercise and fitness regimen.

As such, we are very excited to announce that, starting on Monday, September 11th, 2017, MAC PT Group will be adding fitness and exercise classes to our list of services.  We will be offering two different classes:

  • Pilates/Barre Fusion – incorporates a number of traditional Pilates exercises with various barre techniques, giving you the ultimate full body workout.
  • The Balanced Athlete – combines yoga and Pilates along with a number of other dynamic movements that work together to improve balance, core strength, and flexibility.

Classes will be offered FREE OF CHARGE for the first two weeks (9/11 – 9/24) and will be taught by Melissa Beaver (The Balanced Athlete & Pilates/Barre Fusion) and Julie Green (Pilates/Barre Fusion).​

​Beginning on Monday, September 11th, the weekly class schedule will be as follows:
  • Monday, 6pm – The Balanced Athlete
  • Tuesday, 12:30pm – Pilates/Barre Fusion
  • Wednesday, 6pm – The Balanced Athlete
  • Thursday, 12:30pm – Pilates/Barre Fusion
